The
factory has an imported Sulzer Textil Rapier Looms of latest make. It
is equipped with electronically controlled systems. Electronic let-off
and electronic take up motion which gives uniform insertion of picks.
Looms are fitted with electronic Staubli Dobby. The working width of the
looms is 220 cms to 330 cm.
For
back process we have sectional warper ,Two for one Twisters and Doublers
of reputed make to give an excellent end-product.
1) Gamatex Sectional Warper with electronic controls.
2) Vee jay Laxmi Two for One Twisters
3) Peas Assembly winding machines.

The
plant is also equipped with air-washer plant., an in-house laboratory
to test all parameters of yarn and fabric.
All the above make the unit a latest plant and one of the best in India. We are also going for expansion shortly and will also be establishing our own captive spinning unit with Truzler Trumac Blow Room and Schlafhorst Auto Coro Spinning machines. |
